Roles

sessions.im acts as processor for client meeting content and as controller for account, billing, security, and support records.

Data we process

Account details, workspace membership, invite details, meeting metadata, consent records, chat, files, recordings, transcripts, recaps, audit events, and delivery logs.

Use and retention

Data is used to provide secure meetings and records, enforce retention, support customers, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. UK accounting retention defaults to seven years unless a legal hold or customer policy changes it.

Rights and contact

Requests for access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection can be sent to [email protected]. Customer-controlled meeting records may need to be handled through the firm that invited the participant.
